In the 15 years we have nearly been open, the past few years we could say have been a battle with Covid and the ongoing effects. This year we had half our team on maternity leave, which meant there were new staff and big changes. This could have been unsettling for many of you, but we tried to make the transitions as smooth as possible. I am extremely proud of the whole team as they have done incredibly well and all amazing therapists. Walking into the salon makes me really proud of the customer service like never before and treatments to the highest standards.
Your loyalty to KG doesn’t go unnoticed.
No matter how big or small the treatment is that you come in for, it helps us stay in the village and it helps my team stay in jobs, which is my number one priority.
We have some exciting things coming to KG. Treatments and retail. This year we did more community work, which we are very proud of as that’s always been my passion to give back, even in hard times. Your treatments also help us be able to do this.
I might not be in the salon much, due to all the hats I wear, as well as being a new mummy again. But I am always putting my 100% into the salon behind the scenes.
